Introduction

Welcome to Vasoo Apps Inc. ("Company," "we," "our," "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our mobile applications and games ("Apps"), including any content, functionality, and services offered through our Apps.

User Accounts

User Content

Some of our Apps may allow you to submit, post, or share content. By providing content to our Apps, you:

• Grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute your content
• Represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to the content
• Agree that your content does not violate the rights of any third party or any law

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or that we find objectionable.

Prohibited Uses

In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Some of our Apps may offer in-app purchases or subscription services. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

Third-Party Links and Services

Our Apps may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Vasoo Apps Inc. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

You acknowledge and agree that we shall not be responsible or liable for any damage or loss caused by the use of such third-party websites or services.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Apps are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that our Apps will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Vasoo Apps Inc., its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use our Apps
• Any conduct or content of any third party on our Apps
• Any content obtained from our Apps
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Vasoo Apps Inc., its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of our Apps.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Vasoo Apps Inc. is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Apps after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
